Every item in our store is made to order by our fulfillment partner and shipped directly to you.

Production and processing time

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During busy periods, production can take a little longer.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

International orders

If your order ships outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are not included in your order total and are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is the wrong item, email us at williamfripp939@gmail.com and we will make it right. For returns, see our refund policy.
